Although each event has it’s own payment schedule and cancellation policy, they are also summarized here.

OCTOBER 2025 CANCELATION POLICY

Event Passes Cancellation Policy:

Event Passes are fully refundable, less transaction fees, up til 7 days prior to the event. To cancel for refund, please respond to the receipt sent from us or contact us through our website. We don’t want you to cancel, but sometimes you have to and we understand. (Please note that any hotel reservations made outside our website must be canceled directly by you.)

Cancellation Policy: Main Hotel

If the trip is canceled on or before Jan 31st 2025, all monies paid are fully refundable (less transaction fees.)
If cancellation occurs between Feb 1st- June 1 2025, a refund will be given less 50% of the full deposit amount, and fees. (Early promotion reduced deposit excluded.)
If cancellation occurs between June 2nd – August 1, 2025, a refund will be given less 75% of the monies paid and fees.
If cancellation occurs on or after August 2, 2025 – no refund will be given. However, the client will be given a credit of 500$ that can be applied to any 5+ night 77 Event. Credit will expire Nov 1, 2026.

Payment Schedule: (To Pay in Full, Complete the Checkout Process and Contact Us. We will send you a link to pay the additional amount!)

Deposit Amount: “Early Promo” reduced deposit is $500-$600 through Jan 31, 2025. Equal to 2 nights if before June 1, 2025; deposit is 3.5 nights after 6/2.
Second payment: 50% of remaining balance due by June 1, 2025 by 5:00p Central. “Early Promo” reduced deposits will become current here.
Final payment: Remaining balance due on August 1, 2025 by 5:00p Central. Discounts will be applied to final payment
EVENT PASSES ARE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF CHECKOUT

*77 Events reserves the right to cancel room reservations if payment has not been received by the stated dates. In addition, failure to render payment could result in forfeiture of any refund. Should 77 Events need to cancel a room reservation for any reason other than lack of payment, a refund may be given.

February 2025 Main Hotel

Cancellation Policy:
If the trip is canceled on or before August 31st 2024, all monies paid are fully refundable (less transaction fees.)

If cancellation occurs between September 1st- October 15th 2024, a refund will be given less 50% of the deposit amount. (Early promotional discounts excluded. Meaning this is 50% calculated on the deposit of 2 nights due, not reduced deposit paid)

If cancellation occurs between October 16th – December 1st 2024, a refund will be given less 75% of the monies paid.

If cancellation occurs on or after December 2nd 2024 – no refund will be given. However, the client will be given a credit of 500$ that can be applied to any 5+ night 77 Event. Credit will expire March 1, 2026.

2025 Overflow Hotel

Cancellation Policy:
To cancel for refund, please respond to the receipt sent from us or contact us through our website. We don’t want you to cancel, but sometimes you have to and we understand. Our overflow hotel cancellation policy is divided into two separate charges: the hotel charge and the event charge, each with its own refund terms. These charges are bundled together in the total price, but the refund eligibility and cancellation limits for each may differ. Refer below for the specific refund guarantees and deadlines for each charge.

OVERFLOW HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY: Room Rate/per couple per day
31 or + days before arrival = No penalty, *less transaction fees.
30 to 07 days prior to arrival = 25% Overflow Hotel Fee
6 or less days before arrival = Non-refundable
Modifications allowed only before 30 days prior to arrival.

EVENT FEE CANCELLATION POLICY: $350/per couple per day
+31 to 8 days prior to the event = Fully Refundable, *less transaction fees.
7 or less days before event = Non-refundable
