Event Passes Cancellation Policy:
Event Passes are fully refundable, less transaction fees, up til 7 days prior to the event. To cancel for refund, please respond to the receipt sent from us or contact us through our website. We don’t want you to cancel, but sometimes you have to and we understand. (Please note that any hotel reservations made outside our website must be canceled directly by you.)

*77 Events reserves the right to cancel room reservations if payment has not been received by the stated dates. In addition, failure to render payment could result in forfeiture of any refund. Should 77 Events need to cancel a room reservation for any reason other than lack of payment, a refund may be given.
Cancellation Policy:
If the trip is canceled on or before August 31st 2024, all monies paid are fully refundable (less transaction fees.)
If cancellation occurs between September 1st- October 15th 2024, a refund will be given less 50% of the deposit amount. (Early promotional discounts excluded. Meaning this is 50% calculated on the deposit of 2 nights due, not reduced deposit paid)
If cancellation occurs between October 16th – December 1st 2024, a refund will be given less 75% of the monies paid.
If cancellation occurs on or after December 2nd 2024 – no refund will be given. However, the client will be given a credit of 500$ that can be applied to any 5+ night 77 Event. Credit will expire March 1, 2026.

Our overflow hotel cancellation policy is divided into two separate charges: the hotel charge and the event charge, each with its own refund terms.
